Baxter, MN- Jill Casper recently joined Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC) as the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement.
Casper started at CTC on May 1, 2023, after dedicating 17 years at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union, as the Vice President of Community Engagement. Casper received her undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior from the College of St. Scholastica, and received her master’s degree in Management and Leadership at Concordia University.
Casper will work closely with the marketing department, along with residential and business sales at CTC. Jill has extensive business experience in leadership, strategy, community development and advocacy.
“I am very excited to be a part of CTC. The reputation of CTC is great, and I am proud to be here,” said Casper.
In her free time, Casper enjoys being on the lake, working outside, and cooking meals. Casper is a member of the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce Board, and the Crossing Arts Alliance Board of Directors.
