What is CPNI?
CTC respects the privacy of our customers and our employees do everything possible to protect information that may be found in your account records. Your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), contained within our database, helps us identify customers when they call in. We are requesting our members to establish a CPNI password and submit security questions and answers so that your account can be more secure.
CTC will not share this data with any outside source except as necessary to provide the service(s) to which you already subscribe or is legally required to do so. If you wish to receive additional information regarding CPNI rules and how they are implemented at CTC,
