Brainerd, MN – Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Shelly Netland to the position of Director of Human Resources. In this new leadership role, Netland will oversee all aspects of the company’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance.
Netland joined CTC in 2023 as a Resource and Executive Specialist and has since held the position of Employee Relations Manager. Netland has been instrumental in launching a mentorship program and strengthening human resources operations. With a strong commitment to aligning people strategy with business goals, Netland has played a vital role in shaping a positive workplace culture.
