Heittola Promoted at CTC

Brainerd, MN – Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisa Heittola to the position of Chief People Officer. In this new role, Heittola will join the company’s executive leadership team and oversee strategic initiatives within Human Resources that support organizational growth and employee success.

Heittola joined CTC in 2003 as an Administrative and Sales Assistant and has since held positions including Customer Service Assistant, Customer Sales and Service Representative, HR Associate, HR Generalist, HR/Office Manager, and Director of Human Resources.

Heittola has played a key role in shaping the future of CTC by ensuring that our employees and culture remain at the heart of our strategy, and has been instrumental in advancing the company’s mission and values.

Heittola will play a pivotal role in shaping CTC’s organizational culture, driving talent management initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and ensuring that HR initiatives support both employee engagement and business performance. CTC provides fiber internet, managed WiFi and routing, hosted phones, and other business services. Current internet speeds of up to 10 Gigabits (10,000 Megabits per second) are available to businesses of all sizes, industries, and seasonal needs.
