Network Analyst
The primary duty of the Network Analyst is application of system analyst techniques and procedures including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional applications. To design, develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify network and computer systems for CTC. Oversee network outages and take appropriate measures to ensure the outage does not repeat. Maintains and troubleshoots voice services in Class V and wholesale switching. Monitors Class V and wholesale switching alarm reporting and responds accordingly. Monitors the quality of service, EAS, special circuits and other subscriber carrier services.

Network Administrator
The Network Administrator’s role is todesign, develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify network and computer systems for CTC. This position shall consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional applications. This position oversees CTC’s corporate network outages, performs detailed root cause analysis, and implements cybersecurity hardening measures to improve network stability and resilience against future disruptions.

GIS Technician
The primary responsibility of the GIS Technician is to perform entry to mid-level professional GIS duties as a part of CTC’s GIS team. The GIS Technician will be involved in all aspects of GIS. Essential duties will include creating, editing, and managing spatial and non-spatial data for incorporation into company records, web maps and apps, projects and analyses.

Non-Exempt position with a starting wage of $25.00 to $30.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Product and Strategic Operations Specialist
The Product and Strategic Operations Specialist is the organization’s primary resource for all technical information related to Product and assigned strategic operations involving AI and systems integrations. Taking the lead in development of new and emerging products and services for CTC’s members and partners. The position is responsible for researching and testing new products while maintaining existing products and their evolution in support of the organization’s product goals. The position aids in the development of AI tools and improved systems utilization within the company. Must be able to clearly articulate technical issues with non-technical peers. This position will create and deliver product and AI training for CTC’s members and employees and requires a motivated individual who can excel in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Facilities Technician
The Facilities Technician will oversee maintenance and repair of all CTC facilities and grounds. This position will maintain equipment, vehicles, and structures and ensure buildings and grounds are maintained. May construct small projects.
