Business Support Specialist
The primary responsibility of the Business Support Specialist is to provide high quality, timely, and effective support to business members by serving as the first point of contact for inquiries, service issues, and account related requests. This role is responsible for managing incoming communications, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring members are informed and supported throughout their experience. The Business Support Specialist also provides operational support across order entry, account maintenance, and internal coordination, while maintaining ownership of designated specialized functions and escalation follow up as needed

Business Order Engineer
The Business Order Engineer is responsible for the full lifecycle of business service orders, from pre-sales validation through post-installation support. Key responsibilities include ensuring service orders are accurate and complete by reviewing pricing, configurations, and contracts. Provides pre-sales support and coordinates with members, internal departments and external partners. Ensures that the order process timeline requirements from submission to activation are met and communication is maintained with all stakeholders. Handles technical consultations and account setup post-install. Performs audits for accounts for renewals, resolves service issues, and recommends process improvements.

Service Assurance Technician
The primary responsibility of the Service Assurance Technician (SAT) is to respond to customers that are experiencing trouble with voice, data, or video services. Provides escalated repair resolution for the customer. Creates and maintains all trouble record information based on customer reports. Generation of internal and external reporting to monitor trouble tickets. Assist CTC customers with “after-hours” repair calls; evaluate the trouble and dispatch appropriate on-call personnel.

Public Relations and Education Specialist
The Public Relations and Education Specialist supports digital access and education in the communities we serve by delivering inclusive technology and Internet training to members, employees, and community partners. The position leads in-person and virtual workshops, builds community relationships, and serves as a public-facing resource on digital literacy and online safety, with a focus on supporting seniors and first-time Internet users. Working collaboratively with internal teams, the role develops clear, accessible training and messaging that promote Internet adoption, community engagement, and safe technology use.

Network Administrator
The Network Administrator’s role is to design, develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify network and computer systems for CTC. This position shall consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional applications. This position oversees CTC’s corporate network outages, performs detailed root cause analysis, and implements cybersecurity hardening measures to improve network stability and resilience against future disruptions.

Internships
Engineering Intern
The Engineering Intern performs basic functions of the Engineering Department to support CTC facilities. Bonds, grounds and labels communications cables in new and existing enclosures, performs maintenance duties, checks and maintains pedestals in fiber optic routes, and collects and reports GPS coordinates for pedestals, vaults and NID’s.

GIS Intern
The primary responsibility of the GIS Intern is to perform entry-level GIS duties as a part of CTC’s GIS team. The GIS Intern will be involved in learning all aspects of GIS and applying learned knowledge and skills. Essential duties will include creating and editing spatial and non-spatial data for incorporation into company records, web maps and apps. May be involved in projects and analyses on an as-needed basis.

Member Service Intern
The primary responsibility of the Member Service Intern (MSI) is to provide high quality, effective and efficient service and technical support to all membership and potential membership of CTC. Ensure member satisfaction by providing targeted member service when answering all incoming telephone calls or walk in members. Provide members with basic technical support as well as communicating with members through online web portals. MSI’s will partner with all departments and technical support in resolving member issues. MSI’s will effectively communicate with the CTC membership in verbal and written format.

Residential Sales Intern
The Residential Sales Intern promotes and sells CTC residential services, including Internet, Digital TV, phone, and GoMobile wireless, primarily through door-to-door prospecting in assigned neighborhoods. This role works independently to generate new sales, increase community awareness, and accurately track activity and results, while also supporting in-office sales efforts by assisting walk-in GoMobile customers and answering inbound sales calls as needed. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, professionalism, and comfort working in a field sales environment are essential for success
