CTC Culture & Careers

Why CTC?

A great career starts with a great workplace… where top-notch ideas supersede bottom line goals.

At CTC, we give employees a chance to thrive in a competitive and fun environment. Every one of our employees (less than 100!) is a critical piece to our success. If you’re eager to learn in an ever-changing industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, CTC is your place.

As a Cooperative, our employees, Board of Directors, and partners take responsibility for the communities we serve. CTC remains committed to supporting area charities through donations and sponsorships. Employees are encouraged to volunteer at local organizations.

Our mission for employees is to inspire one another to support and strengthen the communities we serve.
