With a 68 year history in the Brainerd Lakes area and surrounding communities, CTC provides telephone, internet, and TV services to residents and businesses. The primary responsibility of the Member Service Technician (MST) is to provide high quality, effective and efficient service and support to all membership and potential membership of CTC during the installation and repair process. Install, maintain, and service member premise equipment within a fiber, copper, or collocation network. Service and understand the facilities of the network and the fiber optic infrastructure. MST’s will partner with all departments and network support in providing the highest quality on-premise service to the members of CTC, both residential and business clients.
Education and Experience: Telecommunications, Broadband, Electrical or related degree, and/or the equivalent experience. Requires basic knowledge of voice, internet, and video installation processes. A valid driver’s license is required. Power Limited Technicians license is preferred by not required. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate face-to-face with members, the ability to pay close attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
