Business Member Specialist
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage pre-sales order entry for CTC partnership accounts with accuracy as well as providing backup on all order entries for CTC business members.
- Complete service audits to ensure accuracy of orders.
- Maintain member relationships with all CTC business members with a high focus on assigned dedicated members.
- Performs business account contract renewals of dedicated selected business members upon termination of existing contract, up sells services into their account and sells additional sites for dedicated existing business accounts, excluding wholesale accounts.
Network Administrator
The Network Administrator’s role is to design, develop, document, analyze, create, test, and modify network and computer systems for CTC. This position shall consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional applications. This position oversees CTC’s corporate network outages, performs detailed root cause analysis, and implements cybersecurity hardening measures to improve network stability and resilience against future disruptions.
Director of Strategic Operations and AI Innovation
CTC is looking for a Director of Strategic Operations and AI Innovation—a strategic and operational leader who can drive organizational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and harness AI responsibly to transform how we serve our members and communities.

What You’ll Do
As the Director of Strategic Operations and AI Innovation, you’ll be the driving force behind CTC’s operational systems and technology ecosystem. You will:
- Lead Systems & Process Optimization – Design and deploy scalable systems that streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Champion AI Integration – Oversee the responsible adoption of AI technologies across the business, ensuring alignment with ethical, legal, and cybersecurity standards.
- Oversee Project Management – Spearhead the rollout of a comprehensive project management platform to improve collaboration, resource planning, and execution.
- Foster Innovation & Leadership – Think outside the box, embrace “grey” areas with humility, and serve as a technology leader who can inspire, guide, and execute.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a unique balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in operations and/or IT systems implementation.
- 3–5 years in project management with budget responsibility.
- Experience with AI integration and governance (preferred).
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar certification (preferred).
- Telecommunications industry experience a plus but not required.
