Directions

To Answer an Incoming Call

1. Lift the handset – or – answer in speakerphone mode by:
2. Press the flashing red line button, or press the speaker button, or press the answer softkey
3. Press Headset button to use the headset

To answer a 2^nd call while on call

1. Press the Answer softkey. The Original caller will be placed on hold while you are connected to the 2^nd caller

To return to the original caller

1. Press the Scroll up/down buttons to select the original call by highlighting it
2. Press the resume softkey

To disconnect a call

1. Replace the handset on the cradle, or press the End Call Softkey, or press the speaker button (if using the speakerphone)
2. Press Headset button (if using headset)
