Access Recording and/or Changing Your Personal Greeting

Access Your Voicemail
Push the envelope button on your phone
You will hear the message “Please enter you PIN followed by the # key.”

Enter PIN
Use your phone’s keypad to type your passcode with a # on the end
Note: If you have never changed your passcode, it will be your 4-digit extension number

Navigate Voicemail Menu
Listen and follow the recorded prompts.
- “Welcome to the messaging service. To work with you greeting, press 3.” Press 3 on your keypad
- “Greetings Menu: to set up a personal greeting, press 1.” Press 1 on your keypad
- “All callers will hear your normal greeting. To work with your personal greeting, press 1.” Press 1 on your keypad
- “You are currently using the following personal greeting.” The current personal greeting will play for your review.

Record New Greeting
You will hear the prompt, “To rerecord your personal greeting, press 1” Press 1
Follow the prompt to record the new Personal Greeting
- Listen for the tone and record your greeting
- Press the # key to end the recording

Confirm Change
The system will playback your new recording for you to review.
- If you are happy with the recording, Press 1 on your keypad
- If you would like to change the new recording, Press 2 on your keypad
- If you want to exit without keeping your new recording (no changes), Press 3 on your keypad

Confirmation Message
If you selected 1 to save your new recording, you will hear the prompt, “Your new recording has been saved.”
Hang up your phone.
