Accessing Your Mailbox

Dial
If calling from your home phone, dial *10
If calling from another phone, dial your area code, exchange number, and 8080 (ex. 218-454-8080)

Login
If calling from the phone your voice mail is on, press the # key
Note: if calling from your home phone with Auto Login enabled, no entry is required.
From a remote phone, dial your 10-digit phone number (ex. 218-454-1234)
Enter your password, followed by the # key.
Your default password is “0000” until you change it.

Main Menu
Press the 1 key to retrieve your messages
Press the 7 key for current date and time
Press the 9 key for mailbox setup

Enter your sub-mailbox number.
If you are the Group Administrator and wish to record a group greeting, press * to access the Group Greeting. A voice prompt will guide you through those steps.
Enter your password, followed by the # key.
Your default password is “0000” until you change it.

Press the 5 key to hear which sub-mailboxes have new messages
Press the 9 key for mailbox setup
To Retrieve Messages
Three options in message retrieval menu:

Listen to Messages:
| Play or replay message | Press 1 |
| Save message and go to next | Press 2 |
| Delete message and to to next | Press 3 |
| Save message as new | Press 4 |
| Forward message | Press 6 |
| Skip back three seconds | Press 7 |
| Pause or continue message | Press 8 |
| Skip forward three seconds | Press 9 |
| Return to Main Menu | Press * |
Mailbox Set-up
Three options in mailbox set-up menu:

To change or record your greeting:

Press 1 key for Greeting Options

Greeting Menu
Press 4 key to record your greeting
Press # key to end your new recording

Review Recording
Press 1 key to listen to your new greeting

| Save greeting (must be saved to be activated) | Press 2 |

Return to Mailbox Setup
Press * key to return to the Mailbox Setup Menu
To change your password:

From the main menu, press the 2 key to change your password

Enter new password, followed by the # key
This password is any series of up to 16 digits you choose
Note: You will be unable to access your mailbox without this password, so be sure to choose one that is easy for you to remember.

Enter your password again when prompted to verify the change. Follow with the # key.
