Brainerd, MN – Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan Jensen to the position of Field Operations Manager. In this new role, Jensen will provide leadership and direction to the company’s technical and service delivery operations, ensuring that members receive reliable, innovative, and high-quality services.
Jensen joined CTC in 2018 as a Member Services Representative and has since held positions as Dispatch Coordinator and Member Support Supervisor, where she has played a key role in improving field efficiency and enhancing customer service. Jensen brings a deep commitment to serving members and creating superfans.
