Updates & Information About Service Interruptions, Outages, and Scheduled Maintenances

Some severe storms occurred in our service area over the past 24 hours, resulting in damage to homes, downed trees, and power outages. Our internet and TV services need electricity to operate. When power resumes you may need to reset your equipment.


If you need assistance and/or your services don’t resume after power is restored, please call our support team at 218-454-1234.

Our Commitment:

Whether it’s a scheduled maintenance, infrastructure damage due to storms, or an unforeseen outage, CTC remains committed to providing reliable internet, TV, and phone services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


We will post information and updates on this page if a scheduled maintenance and/or outage affects more than 50 members and is determined to be “severe” (more substantial than intermittent service interruptions).


When there is a substantial interruption to service, we will do our best to post updates and communicate the timeframe for when we expect services to be restored.
