Updates & Information About Service Interruptions, Outages, and Scheduled Maintenances
There are no known major outages affecting our service areas.
Whether it’s a scheduled maintenance, infrastructure damage due to storms, or an unforeseen outage, CTC remains committed to providing reliable internet, TV, and phone services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We will post information and updates on this page if a scheduled maintenance and/or outage affects more than 50 members and is determined to be “severe” (more substantial than intermittent service interruptions).
When there is a substantial interruption to service, we will do our best to post updates and communicate the timeframe for when we expect services to be restored.

A wide-spread intermittent internet outage was detected at 11:40AM. The cause of the service interruption is unknown at this time. Our team is working to fix the issue. Please check this page for updates as the situation is resolved.
