Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC) is excited to announce the promotion of Stefanie Ubl to the position of Director of Strategic Operations and AI Innovation. In this new leadership role, Ubl will focus on enhancing operations within CTC while promoting the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve decision-making and service delivery for our cooperative members.
Ubl joined CTC in 2012 as a Network Analyst Intern and has since advanced to roles including Central Office Engineer and Product Specialist. She brings a wealth of leadership experience from the U.S. Army Reserve, where she serves as an Army Major in the Signal Corps. Currently, she acts as the Strength Management Officer for the 4-414th Regiment (SROTC), overseeing and training ROTC instructors across 40 programs in ten states.
In her acceptance of the new position, Ubl stated, “I’m proud to step into this role and excited for the work ahead. Strategic operations help turn priorities into results by bringing people, processes, and technology together. I look forward to helping CTC work more efficiently and use innovation, including responsible AI, to serve our members better.” CTC provides fiber internet, managed WiFi and routing, hosted phone services and other business solutions. Current internet speeds of up to 10 Gigabits (10,000 Megabits per second) are available to businesses of all sizes, industries, and seasonal needs.
