YMCA has stepped up when businesses needed it.
It’s time for businesses to step up. The Y needs us.

In late July, the Brainerd YMCA experienced significant structural and cosmetic damage to their facilities from heavy rainfall. Unfortunately, at this time their insurance company won’t cover the cost to repair the damages – estimated at over $148,000.

The current pandemic forced the Y to scale back their services, putting a strain on their finances. This flood damage has further exacerbated the problem and put them in a very precarious position.

The Brainerd YMCA serves over 725 children and their families every year. They provide after-school programming. They host summer camps. They promote healthy lifestyles. They change people’s lives.

Digital Horizons and CTC have each donated $1,000 to start a grassroots campaign to raise funds for the Y. Donations will be used to repair their facilities. This will allow the staff and board to focus on continuing to serve our community with valuable programming and activities and setting long-term goals for the organization.

Can you or your business donate $1,000?

If you can’t donate, please help spread the word!

Please note…

This is a B-to-B campaign. CTC and Digital Horizons are reaching out to as many area businesses as possible – asking them to donate and then encouraging them to ask their vendors, clients, neighboring businesses, and partners to donate. The YMCA’s only role in this is to accept donations!
