In the Community.

As a cooperative, our staff and directors take an active role in the communities we serve. CTC makes donations to area charities and scholarships to our youth. Our employees volunteer their time. Our board of directors contribute to multiple organizations. CTC fulfills its mission by working, living, and giving back to our community!

Giving Back.

Last year, CTC participated in more than 30 events in and around the Brainerd Lakes area. However, our involvement extends well beyond attending events. In 2018 alone, we contributed over $46,000 to area charitable organizations, local schools, and community events in the form of donations, sponsorships, and gifts.

To request support for your charitable cause or community event, please fill out our online request form. If you have questions about this process or your submitted request, please contact Kelly Burns at 218-454-1149, kellyb@goctc.com.

Employing the Industry’s Best.

At CTC, employees are part of a competitive and fun environment. Every employee plays a critical role in our success and as a local coop, serving our members is our number one mission. If you’re eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry, CTC is your company. Currently we employ 60+ full-time team members. During construction seasons, that number may jump to 140 in areas where we are constructing and burying fiber.

If you’re interested in joining the CTC team, open positions are listed on the Careers page.
