Directions
When you have a voicemail you will have a picture of an envelope showing by your line number. You will also see a red light at the top of the phone. The first time you access your voicemail box, you will be asked to set up your mailbox and record your name and greetings to be played for calls.
To Retrieve Your Voicemail Messages:
- Press the button showing an envelope
- Listen and follow instructions
Mailbox Commands
- To listen to your voice message from the Main Menu – Press 1
- To save a message once you’ve listened to it – Press 2
- To delete a message once you’ve listed to it – Press 3
- To change your mailbox settings from the mail menu – Press 4
- To cancel the current operation – Press *
- To go back to previous menu – Press *
- To finish entering digits or recording an announcement – Press #
