HPBX Call Park

Directions

Call Park allows you to park a call and then pick up the call from any phone.

To park a call

1. Press the transfer softkey
2. Press the *13 keys, listen for an “orbit number”
3. Press the Transfer softkey the second time

To receive a parked call

1. Press the *14 keys plus the “orbit number” (see above)

Note: When the call is parked, if the party does not pick up the call it will automatically ring back to the original phone that parked the call after one minute. One minute is the default setting, but it can be adjusted in one minute increments to a max of 3 minutes.
