Logging into Admin CommPortal

Log In
In your web browser, navigate to: https://portal.brainer.net/bg
Enter you login information and click Login
Note: You must enter the full 10-digit phone number without dashes or spaces.
Note: You will find your password on the programming sheet provided at training.

Admin Panel
Upon logging in, you will see the main CommPortal screen.

Logout
When you wish to logout, click the name at the top-right of the page
Select “Logout”
Warning
As an administrator of the business group, you are responsible for the programming changes made in this program. If you reset the line or wipe out all the settings there is a one-time $37.50 reprogramming fee per phone billed to the account.
