HPBX Call Forwarding

Directions

Call forward allows you to forward all incoming calls to another number.

To enable/modify call forwarding

1. Press the forward/cfwd softkey
2. Enter the telephone number for the forwarding destination

To disable call forwarding

1. Press the clrfwd/-cfwd softkey

Note: When forwarding calls, dial the number as you would normally dial it from this phone. Example, if you dial an extension 1234 and want to forward your calls there, then use the 4-digit extension. If it’s a local number, use 10-digit, and for long-distance numbers, use 10-digits plus a 1 at the beginning (1-555-555-5555).
